"The best version of yourself starts with your mindset."

I know what it is like to hate your body. To stand in front of the mirror and criticize every jiggle, every stretch mark, every fold, and flab. I know what it's like to be so afraid of weight gain that you starve yourself to the point of blacking out. To be so hungry mentally and physically that you binge until you feel disgusted with yourself and throw it back up. I know what it's like to say and think the cruelest imaginable things anyone could ever say to one's body. But above all, I know what it's like to hide from the world and from yourself.   For more than twenty years, my life was robbed by the fear of not being good enough, not being thin enough, not being pretty enough, not being smart enough, until one day I decided to stop hiding from myself. Slowly, I began to show my body love and it began with my mindset. This was transformational. For the first time in my life, I felt acceptance for my body. I felt free from the emotional and mental constraints of fear. And for the first time, I started to listen to my body, trust it, trust myself, and trust the universe.  Then something miraculous happened, life became good. It became really good. In fact, it became fucking amazing and effortless. I felt strong, confident, powerful, beautiful, full of love, and inspired to share my wisdom with the world. But when I became pregnant for the first time in 2018 and I began to put on weight, the fear of not being good enough crept back. It took a tremendous amount of effort during my pregnancy to change these thought patterns and to continue the positive relationship with my body that I worked so hard to establish. After giving birth to my daughter, I expected to lose weight and "bounce back" after pregnancy. Four months postpartum and I didn't lose a single pound from the day that  I left the hospital as a new mother. More importantly than the number on the scale, I felt awful about my body and the cruel inner dialogue began to find its way into my head and into my life. The sleepless nights, poor eating habits, lack of exercise, and no personal time, began to take their toll on me emotionally and physically. Once again, I was faced with the opportunity to change my mindset about my life and my new body. I  made a commitment right then, that I would focus on feeling good. Every decision I made, was an effort to "feel" better and I did this by raising my vibration in a variety of ways. First, I chose to eat in a way that felt good for my body with a focus on high-vibratory foods. Secondly, I removed low-vibration thoughts and replaced them with a loving and healing mindset. More importantly, I let go of limiting beliefs about my postpartum body and adopted new ones that made me feel confident. Lastly, I found ways to incorporate self-care into my busy life as a new mother.   After a week of committing to elevating my vibration through nutrition, deliberate thoughts, and self-care I felt light, confident, accomplished, and full of love. I was truly glowing from the inside out.  This mindset transformation brought the clarity I needed to live my life from a place of true authenticity in order to be the best version of myself and more importantly to be the best mother I could be.   It is a privilege to share my wisdom and to empower you to live your best life. By making the decision to change your mindset about your body, you are giving yourself the gift of a better life for yourself and for everyone you love. Your relationship with your body begins from within. Are you ready to glow?

My Mission

We all want to be the best mothers we can be, but the truth is, if we don't have love and compassion for our own  mental, emotional, and physical selves, then we cannot possibly love others to our greatest capacity.

It is my life purpose to empower women to be the best version of themselves by teaching them the tools needed to raise their vibration so they can love and accept themselves as they are. Now is the time to put yourself first, and to make the relationship you have with your body and mind your first priority, so you can start living your best life for yourself and your family.

We love our children with all of our heart and we must show that same level of love and compassion for ourselves. Children learn through observation, so we must show them what it looks like, sounds like, and feels like, to live as confident women, so they too will grow up to a have healthy relationship with their body and minds.
